USA 2019 - Dragonflies

Home

On this page I show photos of some damselflies and dragonflies. The trip was better for dragonflies than for birds. Some of the more abundant species were out in numbers in late May. I therefore ended up with numerous photos of dragonflies and show some images on a separate page. Unfortunately, at closer examination, many of the photos were quite naturally of the more common species, so there are several photos of a few abundant species on this page. I thank Hans A. Olsvik for ID'ing some of the species.

As I am no expert on dragonflies, some of the IDs might be wrong. If you find any obvious errors, please notify me!
